is looking for the following names Hector Morrison b ca 1748 ?, d 1823 age 75 in New Carlisle, Bonaventure Co. Gaspe. I do not know the name of his first wife. All I know is there was a daughter Catherine born of this marriage that married a John Ross in probably Bonaventure Co. His 2nd marriage was to Ann Lane, d/o John Lane and Ann Cunningham John Lane came from Ball's Town N.Y. I do not know where Hector came from but according to the National Archives he is a UEL. Hector and Ann Lane had 4 maybe 5 children that I know of. James, Hector, Flora, and Mary. They all married in Bonaventure Co and died in Bonaventure Co. except Hector.
I am looking for Hector that married (1) Jane Allen,
(2) Amelia Flowers, in New Carlisle. Amelia was the daughter of Robert Flowers and Sarah Chatterton of New Carlisle. Hector and Amelia and family were in Kingston in 1851, and moved on to Seneca Twp., Haldimand Co., Ont. by 1861. Hector died between 1865 and 1870, somewhere in that area. Amelia remarried Simon Bradt in Oct 1870. Is there any information out there anywhere regarding this family.

I am trying to find the parents of Elizabeth James and her marriage to Hypolite LeGouffe s/o Aubin LeGouffe and Madeline Barbe Dupuis, abt 1820. First child Pierre Felix was born abt 1821 and married Marie Comeau 14 Apr 1841 at New Richmond, Quebec. After the death of Hypolite Eleizabeth married Robert Miller, their children were baptized at New Richmond but the family moved to Sunnyside, N.B. and Elizabeth was buried at New Mills abt 1881. Family story is that Elizabeth was from Boston and census record indicates that she was English. Could have been married in U.S. or New Brunswick or Gaspe region.

There is a William Campbell shown as 1784 Passenger #38 and 1785 Muster Roll #21 (listed as William Cample, Cox Township), and this is most likely my "William" although I have not been able to find further information. He had a son, Donald, in Cox Township (New Carlisle), Quebec, about 1785. Donald married Rose Lane (d/o John Lane)about 1806, and he died sometime before 1850 in New Carlisle. I am the grandson of Joseph Ellement b 1891 son of Vital Ellement and Marie Helen Ross of Athoville. Joseph married Elizabeth Carroll (daughter of Andr� Carroll and Marguerite Doucett of Restigouche) on July 03, 1912 in Campbellton New Brunswick and at some time moved to Fort Erie where he died in 1933. My name is Theresa Fredericks and I am doing research on my great
grandparents who lived in Charlo, New Brunswick. James Martin was born in
August 1840 (I think) and died on March 12, 1927. He married his first
wife Sarah Rodgers on July 8, 1873 at St. John Baptist Church, Dalhousie.
Their children were James Martin, George Martin, William Martin, Mary
Honorah Martin Cormier. After Sarah's death, in 1883 he married a Marie
Goulet (Goulette).The family is buried in St. Francis Xavier Church Cemetery.
